The video guides constitute a digital product that can be downloaded entirely via the Internet. Therefore, since it is not a physical product, once the payment has been received via PayPal or credit card, the customer will immediately receive an email containing the credentials necessary to access all the video guides. In the case of payment by wire transfer, the access credentials will only be sent once the full amount has been received. Customers who make their purchase using the wire transfer payment method are encouraged to send us proof of payment.
VISIT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of online visits or in-studio teaching sessions must be sent to the customer service department at the e-mail address email@example.com. For cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the visit, the visit will be considered as effectively carried out, while for cancellations received more than 72 hours beforehand, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount paid, minus a €15 processing fee.
For cancellations regarding visits associated with the support program received less than 72 hours beforehand, the visit will be considered as effectively carried out.
The support program is automatically renewed each month until cancelled by the customer. The customer is free to cancel at any time during the course of the program. The methods and the intervals of the meetings, which must always be held at least 2 times per month, shall be agreed upon with the specialists. The support program can only be paid for using PayPal’s “recurring payment” method. This will arrange for the amount of €169 to be automatically withdrawn from the customer’s electronic account every 30 days. If PayPal is unable to withdraw the amount owed after two attempts due to insufficient funds or non-compliance with the PayPal policy, the annual service plan will be discontinued
